After logging into the control panel, click on the "FTP Manager " icon.
 
Click on "FTP Accounts"
 
 
Click on "Add FTP Account" which appears at the bottom of the list of previously configured FTP accounts.
 
 
You will then see something like that below. In the first box put in the login name, e.g., testem. Then enter a password. The "quota" is the amount of disk space to be allocated for this user. It is denoted in megabytes. Remember: 1000 megabytes = 1 gigabyte.
 
 

When completed you will be back at the main FTP Account Maintenance screen.

NOTE: For your user to log in and transfer files they will need the following:

  1. A suitable FTP client. We recommend Filezilla.
  2. Their user name. In this example that would be testem@ezdatasolutions.com
  3. Their password. In this example, qwerty.
  4. The ftp address. In this example, ftp.ezdatasolutions.com
