After logging into the control panel, click on the "Mail" icon.
 
Click on "Manage/Add/Remove Accounts"
 
 
Click on "Add Account" which appears at the bottom of the list of emails.
 
 
You will then see something like that below. In the first box put in the name for the email address, e.g., jsiegel. Then enter a password. It is recommended that you increase the quota to 20 Meg.
